What kind of insurance do you take.......
We do take most insurance you can give us a call to check to see if we are in network with your insurance company. We also accept credit cards and mony orders no cash or checks

Do you treat children.....
We treat children ages 8 and up for school, camp or sports physical we do not give immunization.

Are you a walk-in or by appointments......
We are a walk-in clinic we also take appointment in some cases please give us a call for more info...

Do you take partial payments......
No, full payment is expected at time of visit.
